Uncomfortable Conversations: Abuse of position of trust
AACE and the College of Paramedics are to host a Zoom Call on Thursday 14 October 2021 – and are inviting all ambulance service staff to attend.
The purpose of this important session is to increase awareness of what constitutes “inappropriate behaviour”, what signs to look out for, the psychology of the offender, and how to respond.
Attendees will hear from speakers with expertise, knowledge and experience in this area and give you the opportunity to reflect on what your hear, to share your own thoughts and views, and take forward some valuable and practical insights.
Facilitators
The session will be facilitated by Liz Harris Head of Professional Standards, College of Paramedics and Claire Vaughan, Executive Director of Workforce & OD at WAST.
